The usage (visiting or ordering products) of this website implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions. In order to use the website in good conditions, it is recommended to read these terms and conditions carefully.

Definitions
1. This website is maintained and managed by Andra Mara Magazinul de Poze S.R.L. (legally registered), which will be hereinafter referred to as “the Company”
2. The person or legal entity who orders and purchases products through the website andramara.com is hereinafter referred to as “the Client”

4. The digital photographs, texts, technical data, prices and all other information found on the website andramara.com will be hereinafter referred to as “Content”
Website Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on the website. We can limit or cancel the quantities ordered. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same client and/or orders for which the same invoicing address and/or delivery address is used. In case we will modify or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by contacting you on the e-mail address and/or phone number you provided at the moment of placing the order.
Copyright
The whole content of the website andramara.com is the property of the Company and is protected by the Romanian copyright law (Law no. 8/1996). The use without the Company’s consent of any of the elements listed above is punishable in acordance with the laws in force (administrativ, civil or criminal).
Thus, it is expressly forbidden: accessing the andramara.com website by automatic devices or programs or manually copying the content, as well as reading, publishing the content by other companies or websites in order to make a comparison or analysis in any way.
The name Andra Mara Magazinul de Poze is regist and protected by the laws in force.
The photographs and products data fall under the copyright, being made by and belonging to the Company.
Product Information
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and do not include VAT – the company is not a VAT payer. These products can be returned or exchanged only through the website, in accordance with the applicable return policy.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
It can sometimes happen that there is information on our website that contains spelling errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may refer to the description of products, prices, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct the errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel orders if the information on the website is incorrect, at any time, without prior notice (even if an order has already been placed).
Colours
We do everything possible to display as cleanly as possible the colors of the products that appear on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that the screen of your monitor will display exactly these colors.
Disclaimer
The Company does not assume responsibility for the descriptions of the products presented in the virtual store. However, great efforts have been made to minimize any errors that may arise from the electronic or manual editing of the information presented. Also, the images are presented on the website as an example, and the products delivered may be different from the images due to changes in characteristics or design without prior notice by the manufacturers
The company does not assume responsibility for any errors on the website and reserves the right to refuse the order for internal reasons of the company without prior notice.
Fraud
Any attempt to access another user’s personal data, to modify the content of the andramara.com website, or to affect the performance of the server running the andramara.com website will be considered a fraud attempt on the website and will initiate criminal investigation against the person or persons who tried this fact or who exploit the application errors
Litigation
Any dispute between the Customers and the Company will be settled amicably. If the conflict has not been resolved amicably, the jurisdiction rests with the Romanian courts in Bucharest.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes these risks.
Prices and Delivery
The prices displayed on the website do not support VAT. The prices do not include delivery costs. These will be calculated separately at the moment of placing an order.
The delivery will be made via an Express Courier. As a guide, the transport costs are between 20 – 50 RON.
For deliveries outside Romania, the rates will be communicated by email.
The delivery time is of approx. 5 working days counted from the date of placing your order. This term is indicative and can be modified for reasons beyond our control. The products are delivered strictly on order, they will be manufactured and delivered in approximately 7 working days.
Product Return
If one of the ordered products has defects, it can be returned and you will receive back another product or its value, depending on your choice.
Thus will be respected the provisions of the Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 32/2014 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, with subsequent amendments and completions, by which the buyer (only under the conditions of the aforementioned normative act on the right of withdrawal) has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without having to justify the withdrawal decision, and will receive within 14 days from the unilateral withdrawal notification in writing (document signed by the buyer and sent electronically or by mail with acknowledgment of receipt) the price of the product, conditioned by the return of the goods in the original packaging and only if they have not been damaged. The expenses related to the return of the goods will be borne by the buyer. The seller has the right to request damages from the buyer under the stipulations of the legislation, in the situation where the seller considers that the actions of the buyer were with bad intention.
We would like to emphasize that a product can be returned as long as it is in the original packaging undamaged and has no new defects. Otherwise we reserve the right to not return the full amount paid for the product, or even the right to refuse the refund.
Also, please specify, at the same time if instead of the shipped product you want to receive another product or a refund. If you want another product, you can choose another one, with by paying possible price differences and delivery fees.
After you have ensured that the product meets all the conditions to be returned, you can send it to the following address: Andra Mara Magazinul de Poze S.R.L. Romania, Bucuresti, Sector 5, Str. Sos Viilor Nr. 78-88, Bl. 103, Sc. 5, Et. 7, Apt. 160. The shipping costs will be borne by you. If you have chosen to replace the returned product with another one, the date when you will receive the new package will be communicated as soon as the receipt of the product shipped by you can be confirmed. If you wish a refund, the money will be sent within maximum 30 days from the receipt by Andra Mara Magazinul de Poze SRL of the product sent by you, either by postal order or by bank transfer in the indicated bank account.
The amount returned is equal to the price of the product, the additional delivery and transport costs are borne by you, they are not refundable.
We do not take responsibility for the wrong money transfer due to the fact that the data transmitted was erroneous.

Prin vizitarea sau crearea unui cont de client pe website-ul nostru va exprimati în mod neconditionat acorul asupra termenilor si conditiilor pe care le veti gasi la sectiunea Termeni si conditii.

Tranzactiile pe website
Ne rezervam dreptul de a refuza orice comanda plasata pe website. Putem limita sau anula cantitatile comandate. Aceste restrictii pot include comenzi plasate de acelasi client, si/sau comenzi care folosesc aceeasi adresa pentru facturare si/sau aceeasi adresa de livrare. In cazul in care vom modifica sau anula o comanda, vom incerca sa te notificam contactandu-te pe adresa de e-mail si/sau la numarul de telefon oferit in momentul cand a fost efectuata comanda.
Drepturi de autor
Intregul continut al website-ului andramara.com este proprietatea Societatii, si este aparat de legea pentru protectia drepturilor de autor (Legea nr 8/1996). Folosirea fara acordul Societatii a oricaror elemente enumerate mai sus se pedepseste in conformitate cu legile in vigoare (administrativ, civil sau penal)
Astfel, sunt interzise in mod expres: accesarea website-ului andramara.com de catre dispozitive sau programe automate sau copierea manuala a continutului, precum si citirea, publicarea continutului de catre alte companii sau website-uri pentru a face comparatie sau analiza in vreun fel. Denumirea Andra Mara Magazinul de Poze este inregistrata si protejata de legile in vigoare.
Fotografiile si datele despre produse intra sub incidenta dreptului de autor, ele fiind realizate de catre Societate si apartinand acesteia.
Informatiile produsului
Preturile afisate pe website sunt in RON si nu suporta T.V.A. – firma nu este platitoare de TVA. Aceste produse pot fi returnate sau schimbate doar prin intermediul website-ului, in concordanta cu politica de returnare aplicabila.
Erori, inexactitati si omisiuni
Se poate intampla uneori sa existe informatii pe website-ul nostru care contin erori de ortografie, inexactitati sau omisiuni care se pot referi la descrierea produselor, preturilor, promotiilor, ofertelor si disponibilitatii. Ne rezervam dreptul de a corecta erorile, inexactitatile sau omisiunile si de a anula comenzile daca o informatie de pe website este incorecta, oricand, fara o notificare prealabila (chiar daca o comanda a fost deja plasata).
Culori
Facem tot ce este posibil pentru a afisa cat mai curat culorile produselor care apar pe website. Nu iti putem garanta insa ca ecranul monitorului tau va afisa cu exactitate aceste culori.
Declinarea responsabilitatii
Societatea nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru descrierile produselor prezentate in magazinul virtual. Totusi s-au depus eforturi mari pentru a minimaliza toate greselile care pot aparea din editarea electronica sau manuala a informatiilor prezentate. De asemenea, imaginile sunt prezentate pe website cu titlu de exemplu, iar produsele livrate, pot fi diferite fata de imagini datorita modificarii caracteristicilor, design-ului fara notificare prealabila de catre producatori.
Societatea nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru eventualele greseli din website si isi rezerva dreptul de a refuza comanda din considerente interne companiei fara notificare prealabila.
Frauda
Orice incercare de a accesa datele personale ale altui utilizator, de a modifica continutul website-ului andramara.com, sau de a afecta performantele serverului pe care ruleaza website-ul andramara.com va fi considerata o tentativa de fraudare a website-ului si va demara cercetarea penala impotriva aceluia sau acelora care au incercat acest fapt sau care exploateaza erori ale aplicatiei.
Litigii
Orice litigiu aparut intre Clienti si Societate va fi rezolvat prin cale amiabila. In cazul in care nu s-a reusit stingerea conflictului pe cale amiabila, competenta revine instantelor de judecata romane din orasul Bucuresti.
Fiind de acord cu aceste Termene si Conditii, clientul isi asuma in totalitate aceste riscuri.
Tarife si livrare
Preturile afisate pe website nu suporta TVA. Preturile nu includ cheltuielile de livrare. Acestea vor fi calculate, separat, în momentul efectuarii unei comenzi.
Livrarea se va realiza prin intermediul unui Curier Rapid. Orientativ, costurile cu transportul se incadreaza intre 20 – 50 LEI.
Pentru livrarile în afara Romaniei, tarifele vor fi comunicate pe email.
Termenul de livrare este de cca. 5 zile lucratoare socotit de la data preluarii comenzii Dvs. Acest termen este orientativ el putand fi modificat din motive independente de vointa noastra. Produsele se livreaza strict pe baza de comanda, ele urmand a fi fabricate si livrate in aproximativ 7 zile lucratoare.
Returnarea produselor
In cazul in care, unul dintre produsele comandate are defecte, acesta poate fi returnat si veti primi inapoi alt produs sau contravaloarea acestuia, in functie de dorinta dumneavoastra.
Astfel, vor fi respectate prevederile Ordonantei de Urgenta a Guvernului nr. 32/2014 privind regimul juridic al contractelor la distanta, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, prin care cumparatorul (numai în conditiile actului normativ mentionat privind dreptul la retragere) are dreptul ca în termen de 14 zile sa se retraga din contractul privind furnizarea produselor la distanta fara sa fie nevoit sa justifice decizia de retragere, urmând sa primeasca în termen de 14 zile de la retragerea unilaterala în scris (document semnat de cumparator si transmis electronic sau prin posta cu confirmare de primire) pretul produsului, conditionat de returnarea bunurilor în ambalajul original, si doar daca acestea nu au suferit deteriorari. Cheltuielile aferente returnarii bunurilor vor fi suportate de catre cumparator. Vânzatorul are dreptul ca în situatia în care considera ca actiunile cumparatorului au fost cu rea intentie sa solicite daune interese de la acesta, în conditiile legislatiei.
Dorim sa subliniam ca un produs poate fi returnat atata timp cat acesta este in ambalajul original nedeteriorat si nu prezinta defecte noi. In caz contrar ne rezervam dreptul de a nu returna intreaga suma platita pentru produsul respectiv, sau chiar dreptul de a refuza retunrarea.
De asemenea, va rugam sa precizati, totodata daca in locul produsului expediat doriti sa primiti un alt produs sau returnarea contravalorii acestuia. Daca doriti un alt produs, va puteti alege altul, cu achitarea eventualelor diferente de pret si a taxelor de livrare.
Dupa ce v-ati asigurat ca produsul indeplineste toate conditiile pentru a fi returnat, il puteti expedia catre urmatoarea adresa: Andra Mara Magazinul de Poze S.R.L. Bucuresti, Sector 5, Str. Sos Viilor Nr. 78-88, Bl. 103, Sc. 5, Et. 7, Apt. 160. Costurile aferente expedierii vor fi suportate de dumneavoastra. In cazul in care ati optat pentru inlocuirea produsului returnat cu un alt produs, data la care veti receptiona noul colet va fi comunicata imediat ce se poate confirma receptia produsului expediat de dumneavoastra. In cazul in care doriti sa primiti contravalorea produsului returnat, suma de bani va fi trimisa in termen de maxim 30 zile de la receptia de catre Andra Mara Magazinul de Poze S.R.L a produsului trimis de dumneavoastra, fie prin mandat postal, fie prin transfer bancar in contul IBAN. Atentie suma returnata este egala cu pretul produsului, costurile suplimentare de livrare si transport sunt suportate de dumneavoastra, ele nu se restituie.
Nu ne asumam responsabilitatea virarii gresite a sumelor de bani datorata faptului ca datele transmise au fost eronate.
